Furthering the food exploration

I am continuing to be in the midst of how food and my body are connected to my spirituality: the process of cooking, the consuming of good food, and the sharing of a meal with others.  I'm about a third of the way through the book, The Spirit of Food, which has been excellent so far, despite my lack of writing about it.  But I came across a pleasant surprise on my NPR feed today that I wanted to share (it's short - so you have no excuse not to read it!):
